Are there any fees associated with the Loyalty Program?
No, HuHot Loyalty Cards are free, and there is no membership fee.
Can I use loyalty points without joining the HotClub?
No. Upon registration, loyalty card users are automatically signed up for our email club. HotClub members receive exclusive HuHot news and offers via email. However, if at any time you decide to opt out of the HotClub, please click on the "Unsubsribe" link located at the bottom of each email.
Do Loyalty Program points expire?
Yes, the loyalty card loses all points and credited value when there is no activity for 180 days.
Can I earn loyalty points and redeem them on the same visit?
No, your loyalty points are not converted to a redeemable credit until after the end of the day.
Can I earn and redeem loyalty points at any HuHot location?
Not all HuHot locations currently participate in the Loyalty Program. For a complete list of participating locations, click here.
