- A:Grill Pass are pre-paid grill meals loaded on a HuHot Rewards account. It's limited-time discount for HuHot Rewards members that comes in three denominations, so the more you buy the better the deal! You can purchase Grill Pass in-restaurant in June and use it through November 30th, 2019.
- Q:How much does it cost?
- A:The three options are: $50 for 5 grill meals, $100 for 11 grill meals and $200 for 25 grill meals.
- Q:What if I'm not a HuHot Rewards member?
- A:Discounted grill meals are loaded directly on to your HuHot Rewards account. Download the app and use your check-in code or Join online at http://www.huhotrewards.com and you can use your phone number to access your account at the restaurant.
- Q:Can I use the Grill Pass right away?
- A:Your Grill Pass is valid the day after you purchase it, so you can start redeeming grill meals the next day.
- Q:Is tax applicable?
- A:Yes, sales tax will be collected when you purchase the Grill Pass.
- Q:Can I buy a Grill Pass online?
- A:No, it’s only available for purchase in participating HuHot restaurants.
- Q:Which locations are participating?
- A:All HuHot restaurants except Layton, UT; Sandy, UT; Spokane, WA and Springfield, MO.
- Q:How do I use the Grill Pass?
- A:You provide your HuHot Rewards card, phone number or app check-in code to your server when you are paying your check to cover the price of the grill meals. All other items are purchased separately.
- Q:Can I use it at any HuHot location?
- A:Yes, it’s valid to be redeemed at any HuHot location except Layton, UT; Sandy, UT; Spokane, WA and Springfield, MO.
- Q:Will I earn HuHot Rewards points?

- Q:Can I use it on Carry Out or delivery, if applicable?
- A:You can use it for Carry Out, but it is not valid for third-party delivery.
- Q:Can I use Grill Pass to pay for my dining companion's grill meals?
- A:Yes. You can use it to pay for your whole table's grill meals, or you can use one at a time... your choice!
- Q:Can I combine this with other promotions?
- A:No, you cannot apply any other discounts or promotions to the purchase or redemption of a grill pass. It is not valid with any other coupons, or HuHot Rewards offers including double or triple-point promotions.
- Q:Can I purchase the Grill Pass for someone else?
- A:Grill Passes are loaded directly on guests' HuHot Rewards accounts, so you would need their account info to load it on another guest's account.
- Q:Why is there an expiration date?
- A:It is not a gift card. The promotion ends on November 30th, 2019 and that is when the discounted grill meals will become invalid.
- Q:Am I able to get a refund or reissue if it’s lost or stolen?
- A:All sales are final. If you are having trouble accessing your HuHot Rewards account to redeem your grill meals, please contact rewards@huhot.com.
- Q:Is there an age restriction to purchase the Grill Pass?
- A:Guests must be 18 years or older to purchase the Grill Pass.
- Q:What happens if I don’t use all my grill meals by November 30th?
- A:Be sure to redeem your meals. The promotional value expires at the end of business on November 30, 2019.
